Mr. Throwa Tenzin has been the Chief Executive Officer of Koufuku International Limited since September 2023. He has an MA in Economics from the University of Pune, India. He served in the Government for about 20 years. He last served as Chief Industries Officer, Foreign Direct Investment Division, Department of Industry, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Mr. Gyem Tshering, as the Human Resources officer at KIL, leads the planning, development, and execution of the company’s people strategy to support its business goals and People First Culture. He oversees KIL’s financial operations and develops strategies for profitable growth. Additionally, Gyem serves as legal representative of the company. Gyem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Royal Thimphu College, Bhutan.
Since 2019, Younten at KIL has led marketing, sales, and commercial efforts, overseeing strategy development, market research, and maintaining distributor relations. Utilizing IT skills, he creates media packs and edits sales materials. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Gedu College of Business Studies.
Mr. Kunzang Chophel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from Gedu College of Business Studies. He currently serves as the Assistant Procurement Manager at Koufuku International Ltd since May 1, 2020, where he oversees the procurement section for KIL
Mr. Damchoe Gyeltshen is the Assistant Plant Manager at Koufuku International Limited Since January 2024. He has a Diploma in Animal Science from the College of Natural Resources Lobesa, Punakha. He served in the Government for about 8 years as Livestock Extension Supervisor under Dagana District.
